Aki has been an Agile practitioner since 2002 and a Certified Scrum Master since 2010. She specializes in Agile coaching, and has helped several organizations transform into high-functioning Agile teams, using XP, Scrum, and Kanban. Aki's background includes Boeing, IBM Global Services, and Cisco Systems. Aki enjoys learning from others in the Agile community, and is active in Agile Open NW, BeyondAgile, and was a presenter at Agile 2015 in Washington DC.
Brad is a technology professional and SAFe Agile practitioner with 20 years of management and software experience. Key leadership roles held previously include Director-level Program/Product Management positions at some of the most recognized software/media companies in the industry, including HBO, Amazon, Microsoft, Expedia and Concur/SAP and strategy and technology consulting at several venture-backed software startup companies. Brad’s specialties include Agile methodologies, Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), Program/Product Management, Digital Media, Mobile, Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Engineering Management, large-scale, high-availability internet and data software development and operations, Web 2.0, data warehousing.
Maureen is an innovative Agile Coach specializing in empowering Agile Teams to collaborate, innovate, and successfully deliver results using the Lean Start-up methodology. A passionate coach and facilitator of workshops and lift-off activities designed to help teams realize their potential, Maureen places great value in product experimentation to help companies find what their customers love, and to develop deeper levels of understanding around prioritization, continuous integration and strategic focus of the product. Maureen is a Certified ICAgile Professional studying at the Agile Coaching Institute and is undergoing certification as a Co-Active Coach.

With a strong business acumen and a deep technical expertise, Sal excels linking business to technology. He is an experienced Agile practicioner certified as a Scrum Master and SAFe Agilist. Sal has achieved superior results in various roles including program and project management, product management, business and requirements analysis, solution architecture, process engineering, and global marketing and strategy. Sal’s educational background consists of degrees in Electrical and Computer Engineering, MBA with marketing distinction, and certifications in Project Manager (PMI PMP®) and Six Sigma (ASQ).
Shama is a seasoned Project Manager with a background in Business Intelligence and Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS). She has over 15 years' experience at a variety of organizations including Starbucks, Gap Inc., JP Morgan Chase, and a large Seattle non-profit, excelling across a range of responsibilities including requirements gathering, gap analysis, specification and design documentation, business process and workflow mapping, project management and scrum master, testing (unit, system, UAT), and user training. Shama holds certifications as an Agile Certified Practioner (PMI-ACP) from the PMI and a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance, and is known for her excellent communication skills, driving for effective solutions, and maintaining excellent business relationships.
