Alister brings over 10 years of experience in complex delivery programs focusing on CRM, Order Management and integrated systems, leveraging both custom and packaged solutions. Though centered on Business Analysis, Functional Design, QA Management and Project/Program Management, he also has extensive experience with the end-to-end solutions delivery process. Alister holds a Master’s Degree in Computer Science (awarded with Distinction) from the University of Bath (UK) and built his delivery experience at Accenture consulting with Fortune 500 companies in the UK and North America. Since relocating to Seattle in 2006, he has enjoyed teaching Junior Achievement classes to West Seattle youth, running half marathons, taking up snowboarding and martial arts.
Brandon is a Senior Business Analyst with subject matter expertise in Finance, Accounting, Healthcare and Law. With an investment banking trading background, as an IT professional he excels at distilling complex business problems into manageable user stories, always providing excellent customer service throughout all stages of delivery in discrete or company-wide implementations. With more than ten years in IT, Brandon is an expert at solutions design, requirements gathering and is a fan of business process modeling as a means of simplifying and fleshing out user requirements.
A passionate supply chain professional, Brian has over 12 years experience in high-tech supply chain activities. He has demonstrated leadership in many areas including supply chain process engineering, reverse logistics planning and program management, network design and re-design, postponement cost modeling and implementation, e-Commerce solution development, inventory optimization, procurement, customer / vendor relationship management, and cross-cultural team creation and development. He has proven ability to work at all levels of the business, communicating effectively to C-Level executives as well as frontline users. He is able to bridge the strategy implementation gap by processing the high level vision of the corporation into organizational strategic directives, providing solutions that enable the business objectives and tactical direction to frontlines that gives purpose to their daily work. Brian earned a MBA in Supply Chain from North Carolina State University, has lived in Seattle since 2010 and is a supply chain department advisor at CWU.
Brian Kaye is a results-driven technology architecture and project delivery leader with more than 12 years’ experience in Big 4 Consulting. A professional who works well with diverse groups of people in self-directed and team environments, he possesses strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information between technical and non-technical audience. Brian is known for his leadership skills and his consistent track record of progressively increasing responsibility. He possesses strong business and technical acumen with 20 year’s experience in all phases of program and project lifecycle including scoping, estimating, planning, scheduling, reporting, risk management, execution, personnel leadership, and development. His cross-industry experience implementing technology and process change at numerous clients has allowed Brian to develop an extensive knowledge of the tools and methods required to successfully deliver and support large complex technical initiatives.
Christopher has over 20 years’ experience in the software development industry, most of it at Microsoft. As a member of the early Windows and Internet Explorer engineering team, Christopher helped ship such popular products as Windows 95, Windows XP, Windows 7, and many versions of Internet Explorer. He has experience as a Technical Program Manager, Project Manager with additional experience in QA/Test and Build. Other areas of technical experience include Microsoft Exchange Online, Active Directory, SharePoint, Project Server, Microsoft Azure and Windows Phone.
Cynthia's experience spans many industries including healthcare, ecommerce, telecommunications, and software. She has filled roles in project management, application development, implementation, technical documentation, and end user training/support at her previous engagements. An experienced SharePoint developer, she is skilled at project management, content management, and search and generalized data management using SharePoint 2010 and SharePoint Designer. She adeptly develops custom SharePoint sites in organizational intranet for marketing, communication, operations, and collaboration while assisting site owners in content management, functionality, and troubleshooting. Cynthia is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
For a decade Danna has provided SharePoint expertise and solutions to businesses of all sizes in the technology, healthcare and non-profit industries. Her broad experience ranges from styles/branding and UX design to migration planning and governance and touches on everything in between. Danna is a skilled business and process analyst; in recent years her focus has been in designing out-of-box solutions to help automate processes using forms and workflows. She takes pride in making her customer’s work lives easier using no-code, low cost tools, and in designing visually attractive, highly usable solutions.
Dave brings over 10 years of experience delivering software solutions while working in a wide range of roles from project manager to developer and everything in-between. He has experience with both Fortune 100 companies like Weyerhaeuser and Microsoft as well as large Seattle-area non-profits. He has collaborated in creating and enhancing both large global systems and highly customized point solutions for analytical laboratories. Dave has a wealth of professional experience draw upon delivering solutions for business leaders in Ireland, Singapore, and India. He holds two Bachelors of Science Degrees in Computer Science and Biochemistry.
Doug is a knowledgeable ERP consultant with over 18 years’ experience in solution management of IT projects including security of critical assets, SAP Materials Management, and Supply Chain Systems. He has in-depth knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and is both Scrum Master- and Product Owner-certified. Doug is highly skilled at working with business partners on business process design and documentation. He is known for diving into complex and sensitive business challenges eager to deliver optimal benefits to clients.
Doug brings over 20 years experience developing and implementing solutions in Reverse Supply Chain, Human Resource Outsourcing, and Internet networking. Beginning his career in business development and gradually shifting to an operations focus, he has a broad perspective on solution design, earning strategic buy-in, and leading successful adoption across internal and external stakeholders. For the last 11 years, Doug has focused on leveraging reverse logistics and customer care to design and enhance the customer experience.
Fred is a strategic leader with over 20 years of broad business, engineering, operations and service experience in high technology and healthcare. He has led IT organizations for corporate treasury and legal departments and created a project based organizations to replace legacy hardware (SANs, servers and network), onboard new data centers and a retire legacy IT data center. He has extensive experience engaging at all levels of the organization, building relationships with key decision makers and developing high performing teams. As an IT leader his focus is on realizing the expected business value from information systems investments by leading, coaching and improving individual capabilities and organizational processes.
Heather is an outcome-driven, innovative business analyst and project manager with more than 12 years of broad experience in the technology industry. Her background includes technology projects in tax, finance, security, human resources, higher education, telecommunications, and data analytics in both the public and private sectors. Heather has demonstrated success in working with diverse client groups and cross-functional teams to deliver on time, on budget, and within scope. She is a natural leader who easily communicates across all levels of an organization. Heather earned her undergraduate degree in business administration and her graduate degree in technology management and data analytics, both from The Evergreen State College. Heather also holds a Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
Grant brings more than 15 years of experience in the software quality assurance practice. He is proficient in designing and managing cross-functional enterprise testing efforts utilizing onshore and offshore resource models across both Agile and Waterfall development methodologies. Grant successfully led the testing efforts for multiple large scale project implementations at REI. Grant has experience with Change and Release Management and establishing COE best practices. He enjoys building strong relationships with resources at all levels of organizations, collaborating with key decision makers and developing high performing teams. Grant graduated from Western Washington University with a Business degree and a focus in Management Information Systems.
Heidi has over 12 years of experience in information architecture, web site design and SharePoint administration at companies including Attachmate, NCSoft, WRQ, a large Seattle non-profit. She has a strong track record of incorporating the needs of individuals and collaborative teams into websites that are intuitive and easy to use; her areas of expertise include analysis, organization, testing, and technical writing.
A seasoned Project Manager, Inna possesses eight years’ experience in the software development and business intelligence field. Her diverse background working on IT projects with both local and international teams has provided her the necessary skills to become a successful project manager and a strong leader. She is known for inspiring confidence in others while motivating project teams to perform at the highest levels. Inna can capably join and manage projects already in progress and provide the guiding hand necessary to bringing failing projects back on track. Her project durations have ranged from weeks to years, from small applications to multi-year programs, and from single-user departments to nation-wide rollouts. With her extensive experience gaining buy-in and working with all levels of stakeholders, she is able to complete projects on time and within budget. His strong background in SharePoint 2010 and 2013 encompasses architecture, administration, requirements analysis, solution design, and user training. His previous clients include companies like Coca-Cola, General Mills, and Walt Disney. Passionate about understanding user requirements and delivering the right solutions, Kyle seeks to help users better understand the technology they use. Kyle is a Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist.
Laura is an experienced project management consultant with a background in healthcare spanning more than 15 years. Adept at planning and executing projects both large and small with an emphasis on people, processes and systems, ensuring that executive function is realized. Laura holds a master's degree in Organizational Development and Psychology.
