Plaster Group’s Change Management Leads plan and execute all organizational change management, business readiness, and training activities related to an intranet upgrade project. They work with project teams to integrate change management activities into the overall project plan. In order to develop and execute a comprehensive change management strategy, they develop a set of actionable and targetable change management plans. These may include a communication plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management plan. Throughout this process, they work with communication, training, and organization development specialists to support project implementation, and also partner with Project Managers to identify and mitigate change management risks.
