Plaster Group’s Quality Assurance Leads manage the QA For multiple projects, software releases, and sustainment throughout the software development and test phase. They lead the continuous improvement of our clients’ QA practices, tools, and methodologies.
Quality Assurance Leads mentor and direct other QA Analysts and promote teambuilding. They manage the development and maintenance of QA test plans, scenarios, cases, and scripts while leading data, environment, and configuration requirements. They assess impacts on related business, functional, development, and test teams. Quality Assurance Leads research and recommend new technologies and methods to our clients, and ensure that requirements and design artifacts undergo review to proactively validate applicability, accuracy, clarity, and testability. Additionally, they provide status report information, and escalate issues and problems demanding management attention.
