SharePoint Project Manager

Plaster Group’s SharePoint Project Managers lead the roll-out of SharePoint-related projects and upgrades. They facilitate client and team meetings to gather business, technical, and functional requirements from client stakeholders and coordinate the actions of their team members. Working with IT, they develop strategies regarding their SharePoint platform and upgrades. Throughout this process, SharePoint PMs develop and deliver reports on progress, migrations, upgrades, and risks while managing the scope and budget of their project.
