A passionate supply chain professional, Brian has over 12 years experience in high-tech supply chain activities. He has demonstrated leadership in many areas including supply chain process engineering, reverse logistics planning and program management, network design and re-design, postponement cost modeling and implementation, e-Commerce solution development, inventory optimization, procurement, customer / vendor relationship management, and cross-cultural team creation and development. He has proven ability to work at all levels of the business, communicating effectively to C-Level executives as well as frontline users. He is able to bridge the strategy implementation gap by processing the high level vision of the corporation into organizational strategic directives, providing solutions that enable the business objectives and tactical direction to frontlines that gives purpose to their daily work. Brian earned a MBA in Supply Chain from North Carolina State University, has lived in Seattle since 2010 and is a supply chain department advisor at CWU.
Alyssa is a Supply Chain consultant whose specialty lies in healthcare; she is driven to use supply management to ensure patients throughout the world have access to lifesaving medicines and therapies. Her career has included working at GlaxoSmithKline Vaccines in the Global Industrial Operations Department, building out a Vaccine Product Development Center with the International AIDS Vaccine Imitative, working for Doctors Without Borders in Central African Republic to improve supply chains to rural areas, and designing and implementing patient access programs with Turing Pharmaceuticals. She has a Bachelor’s of Science in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University, and has earned a Project Management Professional (PMP) and Supply Chain Professional (CSCP) certifications. Alyssa is currently enrolled in the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine for her MsC in Public Health.
Anna Shives is a supply chain professional with experiences in heavy equipment manufacturing and a global retail supply chain. She has experience in improving manufacturing processes using lean principles, procurement, supply planning, and product lifecycle management. Anna is currently an advisory board member for the Manufacturing and Supply Chain Management program and Western Washington University.
Doug brings over 20 years experience developing and implementing solutions in Reverse Supply Chain, Human Resource Outsourcing, and Internet networking. Beginning his career in business development and gradually shifting to an operations focus, he has a broad perspective on solution design, earning strategic buy-in, and leading successful adoption across internal and external stakeholders. For the last 11 years, Doug has focused on leveraging reverse logistics and customer care to design and enhance the customer experience.
Larry is a dynamic supply chain and strategic sourcing professional with more than 20 years experience in supply chain leadership and business consulting. He has a solid record of achievement in managing multi-million dollar supply chain operations, establishing strategic operational plans, and developing and implementing continuous process improvements. His expertise includes optimization of procurement operations, development and execution of sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, vendor management programs and risk mitigation. Skilled at relationship development and team building, Larry has a proven ability to gain support for shared goals and effectively influence decision-making in a cross-matrixed environment.
Larry holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical Engineering, Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM), and Six Sigma Lean Black Belt certifications.
Michael Williams is a seasoned Supply Chain Management professional with 14 years’ progressive experience. He is skilled in global supply chain management, logistics, strategic implementations, process planning/mapping, tactical solutions, KPI development, and cross-functional leadership. With a proven record in many high-level supply chain management and technical team leadership positions, Michael has a strong history of reducing costs, increasing efficiency, and improving processes by thoroughly analyzing and improving key functions and applying Lean, Six Sigma Tools.
Michael is a member of CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) and is currently the Board President for the CSCMP Seattle Roundtable. He is also an advisory board member for the Center of Excellence for Global Trade and Supply Chain Management in Washington and advisory board member for the Supply Chain Management Institute at Central Washington University.
Michael is currently earning his MS in Supply Chain, Transportation, and Logistics at the University of Washington.
