They facilitate meetings with business and technology stakeholders to discuss project scope and budgeting, and evaluate work estimates from the implementation team and iterate with the team to come to agreement on the estimates. Technical Project Managers act as liaison between business stakeholders and IT on key deliverables, technology questions, and resource issues. They communicate changes to appropriate parties and resolve or escalate issues as appropriate. Throughout the project lifecycle, they maintain documentation and prepare activity reports on the IT’s status, timeline, and budgets.
