Privacy Policy

How we handle the information you share with us.

Effective date: July 16, 2026

Plaster Group (“Plaster Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through plastergroup.com, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep our data practices deliberately narrow: we are a consulting firm, not an advertising business, and we do not sell your information.

Information we collect

Information you provide through our contact form. When you reach out through our contact form, we collect the details you enter: your name, company, title or role, business email address, your message, the areas of interest you select, and — if you choose to answer — how you heard about us. Only name, company, and business email are required; the rest are optional.

Usage and analytics data. Like most websites, we use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to understand how visitors use our site. GA4 collects standard analytics information such as pages viewed, approximate location (derived from IP address, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and how you arrived at the site. This is done using cookies and similar technologies. We use this data in aggregate to improve the site — we do not use it to identify you personally.

Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical log data (such as IP address and request time) for security and reliability, including basic rate limiting on our contact form to prevent abuse.

How we use your information

To respond to your inquiry. Contact-form submissions are delivered to us by email so a member of our team can respond. We use the information you share to reply, to understand what you are working on, and to follow up about a potential engagement.

To improve our website. We use analytics data to understand which content is useful, diagnose problems, and make the site better.

We do not use your contact details to send marketing newsletters or automated campaigns, and we do not add you to a mailing list without your asking.

How your information is shared

We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We rely on a small number of service providers to operate the site, and your information passes through them only so we can run it: Microsoft 365 (to deliver and store contact-form emails), Google Analytics (website analytics), and our cloud hosting provider (Microsoft Azure). These providers process data on our behalf under their own terms.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of Plaster Group, our clients, or others.

Your choices

Analytics opt-out. You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.

Access and deletion. You may ask us what information we hold about you from your contact submission, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@plastergroup.com. We will respond within a reasonable time.

Data retention and security

We keep contact-form correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain a record of our business relationship, and no longer than necessary. We use industry-standard safeguards — including HTTPS across the site — to protect information in transit, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Our site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. Material changes will be reflected here.
